We've actually taste tested shave ice all over the Hawaiian islands in search of the best and our goal was to bring that same delicious yumminess back stateside. Even our syrups are made locally in Hawaii using the very best ingredients. And the ice we shave is made of ultra filtered RO water. The results are undeniably superb.
